New York Real Estate Resources

We are looking for a real estate agent or broker to work with our real estate investor clients (and any other clients that contact us) in the New York area.

Here is what we would expect:

Many of our investors are looking for motivated sellers or properties that show signs of motivation and would require that you provide them a list of properties from the MLS that have terms like fixer upper, handyman special, short sale, motivated, distressed, REO, TLC, submit all reasonable offers, et cetera for the areas they tell you they are interested.

If you can set this list up to automatically be e-mailed to them as they become available that would be ideal.

Many of them will need you to pull comparable sales data before they make offers.

We would request that you make every effort to work with our clients as a buyer agent with a signed buyer agency agreement so that you can represent them and not the seller in the transaction.

We expect you to sign a referral agreement with us paying a referral fee. I am a licensed real estate broker associate in Colorado and can accept referral fees on the clients we refer to work with you in New York.

We will provide the Ultimate Real Estate Investor Package to all investors that we refer to you that buy a house through you. This paid for out of the referral fee you pay us and does not come out of your pocket. It consists of 68 real estate audio CDs, the Real Estate Investor Database and some other goodies for investors.

We expect you to be knowledgeable of the market and real estate investing strategies.

We insist that you submit at least one deal that we can then e-mail out to our group to generate more referrals for you each week. You will do this via the Analyzed Deals: Control Panel.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone to become part of our team and so we can show you how to use this website, the Learn To Be Rich game and our other tools to generate leads on your own (without a referral fee paid to us).
